MORNING PRAYER

Ch.: I have come to thee to take thy touch before I begin my day.
1. Let thy eyes rest upon my eyes for a while
2. Let me take to my work the assurance of thy comradeship, my friend.
3. Fill my mind with thy music to last through the desert of noise.
4. Let thy love's sunshine kiss the peaks of my thoughts and linger in my life's valley where the harvest ripens.

हमको मन की शक्ति देना. मन विजय करें (2)
दूसरे की जय से पहले, खुद को जय करें।

1. भेदभाव अपने मन से साफ कर सकें
दूसे से भूल हो तो माफ कर सकें
झूठ से बचे रहे सच का दम भरें

हम बुलबुले हैं इसकी, ये गुलसितों हमारा,

पर्वत वह सबसे ऊँचा, हम साया आसमां का।

वो सन्तरी हमारा, वे पासवाँ हमारा,

ऐं आबे रूदे गंगा, वो दिन हैं याद मुझको
उतरा तेरे किनारे जब कारवाँ हमारा,

गोदी में खेलती है जिसकी हजारों नदियाँ
रोशन हैं जिसके दम से रस्के जहाँ हमारा।

कुछ बात कि हस्ती मिटती नहीं हमारी,
सदियों रहा है दुश्मन दौरे जमाँ हमारा

मजहब नहीं सिखाता आपस में बैर रखना,
हिन्दी हैं हम (3) वतन हैं हिन्दुस्ताँ हमारा,

School Anthem

The Bells of St. Mary's ring out far and wide
Their chimes make our childhood so happy and bright
They welcome young scholars to work and to play
They call us to duty, they call us to pray.

Refrain: O Bells of St. Mary's we hear you repeating
The dear song of gladness, of sweet memories.
You tell us of striving, of frank and fair dealing,
You sing to us of truth and love and victory.

In the school of St. Mary's we spend happy times.
We learn the fine arts and true meaning of life.
In the shade of St. Mary's we find comfort and light
To fight the good fight and to do what is right.

Pass it on

It only takes a spark to get a fire going,
and soon all those around can warm up in its glowing:
That's how it is with God's Love, once you've experienced it,
you spread the love to everyone, You want to pass it on.(2)

What a wondrous time is spring, when all the trees are budding,
the birds begin to sing, the flowers start their blooming;
that's how it is with God's love, once you've experienced it.
You want to sing, it's fresh like spring, you want to pass it on

I wish for you my friend this happiness that I've found;
you can depend on God It matters not where you're bound,
I'll shout it from the mountain top - I want the world to know,
the Lord of love has come to me I want to pass it on.

Guardian Angel Oh, Guardian Angel!

Guardian Angel, watch over me,
wherever I go, wherever I'll be.
I know you're there though you cannot be seen.
You are God's loving care for me.

My sweet little child, I'll watch you each day,
when you are sleeping and when you're at play.
All through your life I'll be right by your side,
I'll be your protector and Heavenly guide.
Thank you Lord for your Angels who watch from above,
protecting us children for ever in love,
guiding our steps as we walk through each day,
they keep us safe and remind us to pray.

Counting colours

Counting colours in the rainbow,
when the sun has made the rainbow,
in all those colours I see above me,
I count the blessings of someone who loves me.

Counting colours in the rainbow,
every time the clouds of grey go,
a thrill it gives me, to know that with me,
there will be millions who can share my rainbow.

When the world is dark with stormy weather,
should we fear and tremble, never, never,
someone who takes care of us forever,
paints a lovely miracle on high.

I go my merry way

A song on my lips, a song in my heart, I go my merry way.
The sun in my eyes, the sun in my heart,
lights up my step from day to day.

Every road through hills and valleys, leads to heaven by and by,
and the wind that sweeps the alleys, points a finger to the sky,

Many friends are on the highway, and they're waiting for a smile,
walk along my friend on my way, holding hands a little while

There are times of storm and sorrow, when the goal drifts out of
sight but the road leads on tomorrow to the land of peace and light.

Then we'll all be reunited, singing one eternal chore,for we know
we've been invited to the mansion of the Lord.
